ALERT: USPS Recycled Tracking Number Issue & Information

Hi everyone,

We want to let you know about a USPS tracking issue that affected customer orders placed between March 18–23.

Many of you may have received tracking numbers that show outdated or incorrect delivery information. This is solely a USPS tracking issue — your package is still on its way to the correct address you provided. Unfortunately, tracking may not update before your package arrives. If you'd like to check on your delivery status, your local post office can still track it internally.

Here's what's happening: USPS recycles tracking numbers after about four months. When shipping volume spikes, new labels can be assigned old tracking numbers that still carry old tracking data. That's why some of you are seeing delivery info that doesn't match your order.

Bottom line: your order is on its way to the right address. Don't worry if the tracking looks off, it won't affect your actual delivery.
