  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • ½ cup water

  • Yogurt Bark:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

    1. In a saucepan add the blackberries, coconut oil and water on medium heat. Let the jam come to a low bubble for at least 10 minutes until your blackberries are completely dissolved.

    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    3. Spread the Greek yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin layer. Add dollops of the jam, gently swirling into the yogurt. Scatter the blackberries on top and add Dog is Human multivitamin. Drizzle over the peanut butter as a finishing touch.

    4. Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours. Break into pieces. Keep in the freezer.

    5. Enjoy!
