Directions
Drain, rinse, and dry 1 can of chickpeas on a lined baking sheet.
Optional: brush with 1 tbsp coconut oil for an extra crunch.
Bake at 375°F for 30-40 min, shaking halfway through.
Let cool completely, and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
