Directions
Slice the salmon into bite size pieces, and add to a baking sheet.
Brush with coconut oil until coated.
Bake at 300°F for 30 min, shaking the pan halfway through to get crispy. Or air fry at 375°F for 15 min, shaking halfway through.
Let cool completely, and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
