Ingredients
-
1 cup cauliflower
-
¼ cup coconut flour
-
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
-
1 egg
-
1 medium carrot
-
1 sweet potato
Dough:
Sauce:
Directions
Preheat oven to 300° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add the coconut flour, egg, and shredded mozzarella cheese to the food processor until combined.
Let dough rest for 10 minutes and then shape into a 1 cm thick circle on the lined baking sheet.
Bake the dough for one hour or until dry. Cauliflower contains lots of moisture.
Meanwhile chop the carrots and sweet potato and add to a large pot and bring to a boil. Once the carrots and sweet potato are tender, drain the water and puree the mixture.
Let the pizza dough cool before adding the sauce. Top with pizza toppings such as ground beef, broccoli, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese. We like to add Dog is Human multivitamin for some added nutrition.
Enjoy!
